The project involved moving an existing house on to a larger foundation, adding an equally sized addition and then lastly, trying to make it all look cohesive and attactive. David was prompt in his responses and helped us take our rough sketches and big dreams and turn them into building plans for construction and permit. We were very pleased working with Dave's Design. We had some basic idea of what we were looking for in building our house. Dave took these ideas and dreams and made some initial drawings. After reviewing and discussing with Dave we made some changes and he made new drawings. Upon reviewing these we made some more minor changes and approved final drawings from which the official drawings were made.
